Boss Salvage

Boss Salvage is another Archie Comics character. He was sort of an intergalatic zoo keeper who came to Earth to "save" some of it's rarest species. When he tries to "save" Yeti, Splinter and the Turtles come to Yeti's rescue. The Boss Salvage is made from a Doc Oc figure from Toy Biz's Siperman line. One pair of the tenticles and the lever to move them were removed using an Exacto Knife. The head is Sculpty built up from the original Doc Oc head. A simple paint job with Testor's and a coat of Dullcote Lacquer finished the job.
