Noi Tai Dar

Noi Tai Dar was a Japanese Demon. Chien Khan struck a bargin with Noi Tai Dar to save his life. For Chien's half of the agreement, he was to help Noi Tai Dar escape from the underworld. The turtles and the Warrior Dragon stopped he's plans with the help of the Japanese gods of creation. The Noi Tai Dar figure is a Brimstone Love figure from the X-men 2099 line by Toy Biz. Four skull emblems were removed using an Exacto Knife. His toes were removed and new ones added with Sculpty which was also used to thicken the neck. I gave him a new coat of purple paint (Brimstone Love was mostly metallic purple.) and then a coat of Dullcote Lacquer. The ribbon is just that, a foot long piece of purple ribbon which has a wire already in it to retain the shape. The ribbon is then glued to the forearms.
